Do you know the G Mark?
Since its launch in 1957, the Good Design Award has grown hand in hand with Japanese design.
The G Mark represents both the symbol of this pursuit and the certification of the award itself.
Whether tangible or intangible, the award regards things and events as “design” as long as they are created to realize ideas and purposes. To date, more than fifty thousand award-winning designs have enriched our society and daily lives.
This year, 1,600 “Good Designs” were selected through meticulous screening.
Good things are chosen because they are “good.” But what exactly makes them good? Why are they good? And to what extent?
Their true value is not always apparent at a glance. So come and see them for yourself – touch them, buy them, study them, and enjoy them!
