Summer is a season when opportunities for drinking tend to increase. The Tokyo Metropolitan Government, in cooperation with the Metropolitan Police Department and related organizations, will hold a kickoff event as part of its efforts to eliminate drunk driving. At the event, Akimasa Haraguchi will be invited as a guest, and a traffic safety talk show featuring members of the Metropolitan Police Department’s Traffic General Affairs Division will be held.
