Are there any good meeting spots at Tokyo Midtown?
We recommend meeting near the information counter on Floor B1 in Plaza. The counter has a direct, underground link from subway stations on the Hibiya Line and the Oedo Line, making it ideal for rainy days. (A large white stone sculpture located just beside the counter is a useful landmark.)

The service is available from 11:00 to 19:00 every day at the Concierge Desk by the counter on Floor 1 in Galleria. *You can make a reservation by calling Tokyo Midtown Call Center at 03-3475-3100 between 11:00 and 19:00.

Tokyo Midtown has two nursing rooms (level B1 and level 2) for the convenience of visitors with infants. Each room has a sink, a diaper changing seat and a feeding chair.
Is there a place where I can rest with my children at Tokyo Midtown?
Tokyo Midtown has a baby room (Galleria 2F) where visitors with babies can relax. The room is equipped with a sink, a feeding room, a diaper change area, and a resting area.
Can I bring my pet to Tokyo Midtown?
In Midtown Garden, you can walk on the pathway with your pet on a leash, but please avoid walking on the grass and leaving your pet unattended. Pet owners are responsible for collecting and disposing of their pet's waste. Pets are not permitted in the food-handling areas in Galleria and Plaza, specifically Floor B1 in Plaza, Floor B1 in Galleria, and Floors B1 to 4 in Garden Terrace within Galleria. In other areas, please use your pet carry bag or pet cart, which must be of a type that contains your pet's head, and please be considerate of other visitors. Guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing assistance dogs are welcome in all areas. GREEN DOG on Floor 1 of Galleria will keep your pet for a fee while you enjoy shopping or dining.
Do information counters offer an English-language information service?
An English-language information service is available from 9:00 to 20:00 on weekdays and from 10:00 to 18:00 on weekends and national holidays at the information counter on Floor 1 in Midtown Tower, from 11:00 to 21:00 at the counter on Floor 1 in Galleria and from 10:00 to 20:00 at the counter on Floor B1 in Plaza.
