Philippe Mille is the owner-chef of ARBANE, a fine dining restaurant in the Champagne region of France.
After working at a prestigious restaurant in Paris, he was awarded the National Order of the Best Craftsman (M.O.F.) at the young age of 38. He was appointed as the executive chef of a restaurant in a long-established chateau in Champagne and was awarded two Michelin stars in just two years. Our restaurant is the only restaurant in the world to bear the name of Philippe Mille.
Based on the theories of traditional French cuisine, Philippe Mille’s cuisine is particular about ingredients, presentation, and compatibility with Champagne. His cuisine is as beautiful as a painting, full of seasonal beauty, and shows a deep respect for the ingredients. Champagne, an important partner of cuisine, is always available with more than 160 brands, some of which are also served by the glass.
